EFC Safety Reporting Form
This form is designed to enhance safety in the EFC by allowing members to report issues encountered at any time from preflight to postflight. It is not designed to be used for punitive action but instead to help identify potential problems or challenges that can be used for education, counseling, and future safety presentations. All information is confidential and only seen by the EFC Safety Officer unless individual actions are seen as potentially dangerous and warrant a conversation to avoid similar instances in the future.
